My daughter and I have been living at the Silvergate for almost two months now and we couldn't be happier. The apartments are brand new so of course everything was super nice when we moved in. The staff was very suppoetive and helpful throughout the entire the process. The location is ideal and it is exciting to see all of the new businesses opening up near by. Overall we are very happy with our decision to make the Silvergate our new home and look forward to making new memories there

We moved into the brand new apartments at the Silvergate this summer. We downsized from a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom, as we are only staying temporarily. The move in was straightforward, and the price is great for new construction. Although it is new construction, the noise levels are minimal, and units are very spacious, with reasonable layout. I would recommend checking this one out.
